General Shipping Info UK:

Everything we stock is designed, cut and made to order in Tredegar, South Wales, UK. For this reason products have a 7 - 14 working day production period.

This time period gives us enough time to physically make your product, then this also allows 3 - 5 working days for Royal mail to deliver your product.

Any requests for specific shipping times / dates please get in touch via our email sales@shannonnicoleclothing.com and provide your order number along with your written request. We aim to reply to your email the same working day and do our very best to accommodate your requirements.

 

We offer a free local delivery drop off option however for any purchases outside of NP22/Tredegar, a royal mail charge of 79 pence will be applied, should a discount code not be applied.  

International Orders: 

We are able to ship items internationally - the same wait period applies as for UK orders, however international shipping takes longer so you should expect to wait up to 21 working days for your order to arrive internationally.  

International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service.  When your order has been shipped you will receive an email to let you know and in that email will be a reference number that you can use to track the delivery.

Exchange & Refunds:-

Strictly NO refunds are accepted. Exchanges are accepted IF:

  • The item is faulty
  • The item is defected
  • The item does not fit / different size is required

  • If the item is faulty, please contact us immediately and send back your item. We will remake your garment and send FREE of charge within 10 working days.

    If the item does not fit you are eligible for an exchange of size OR you can send us your measurements and we will alter your garment FREE of charge. (the buyer is personally responsible for all return costs)

    When you place and order please make sure to check your measurements against our size chart to ensure you are ordering the appropriate size.

    For alterations applicable to the above, please email us at help@shannonnicoleclothing.com quoting your order number and we can make the relevant arrangements to return your item(s) and carry out alterations. Products must be returned in the exact condition in which received, or your alteration will be cancelled and original item will be sent back to you (the buyer is liable for all shipping costs in this case)
